The short version

Falcon Ride (the iPhone app, Android app, and website at falcon-ride.com) is made by Abdulmalik Ariyo. This policy explains what information Falcon Ride collects, how it's used, and your choices.

1. Information you give us

2. Information collected automatically

Falcon Ride does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. How your information is used

4. Who can see what

5. Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and there are no ads. Your data is stored and processed by Google Firebase (a Google service), which acts on our behalf. We may share information if required by law, or to protect someone's safety.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account. That removes your profile, contact details, rides, requests, bookings, car listings and rentals, ride alerts, and block list. Reports you've sent about others are kept so we can enforce the Terms of Use. Usage and crash data held by Google is kept for a limited time under Google's own retention settings.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and protected by database rules that limit who can read and change it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

Falcon Ride isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we'll let you know in the app.

10. Contact

Questions or requests about your data: abdulmalikariyo@ariestates.com, or use Feedback & feature requests in the app's Settings.
