Terms of Use

Last updated October 19, 2026

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Falcon Ride (the iPhone app, Android app, and website), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use Falcon Ride.

2. What Falcon Ride is

Falcon Ride is a community board where people post rides they're offering and rides they need. Falcon Ride is not a transportation company, taxi service, or employer of drivers, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Air Force Academy or the Department of the Air Force.

Riders and drivers arrange and take rides directly with each other, and do so at their own risk. We don't check driving records, licenses, insurance, or vehicles. Use your own judgment about who you ride with.

3. Your account

4. Community rules (zero tolerance)

You agree not to post or do any of the following on or through Falcon Ride:

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can report a person or post from inside the app (the ••• menu on a ride, booking, or passenger), and block anyone so you no longer see their rides or requests. Reports are private. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them, which can include removing content or the account responsible. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

6. Costs and contributions

Any amount listed on a ride (for example, "$20" or "Gas") is a voluntary contribution toward trip costs, agreed between riders and drivers. Falcon Ride doesn't process payments, take a cut, or guarantee any payment.

7. Your content and privacy

You're responsible for what you post. You give us permission to display it in the app so the service works. Your phone number and email are only shared with people you have a ride or rental with. You can delete your account anytime in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. No guarantees

Falcon Ride is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that rides will happen, that people will show up, or that the app will always be available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Falcon Ride and its creators aren't liable for anything that happens during or because of a ride, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll ask you to agree again in the app.
